  • Shooting Under Pressure

Shooting during a match often happens under pressure from defenders or time constraints. To simulate this, set up a defender dummy (or ask a teammate to act as a defender) and practice taking quick shots. Position the ball 15-20 meters from the goal and shoot immediately after evading the defender. Perform 3 sets of 10 shots, alternating between your dominant and weaker foot.

Another effective drill is the "time-limited finish." Have a partner pass the ball to you near the penalty area and take a shot within 3 seconds of receiving the pass. Do this 10 times per foot to improve your reaction speed and accuracy. To increase difficulty, add a second defender or shoot from a tighter angle.
