  • Ball Control Mastery

Ball control is one of the most essential skills in football and lays the foundation for every other technique. Start with basic exercises to strengthen your control. For instance, spend 15-20 minutes daily on toe taps (2 sets of 50 repetitions), ensuring you maintain light and consistent contact with the ball. Follow this with inside-out touches (3 sets of 30 repetitions per foot), which teach you to manipulate the ball's movement.

To enhance your dribbling, set up 8-10 cones spaced 1 meter apart and practice weaving through them for 10 minutes. As you progress, shorten the distance between the cones to increase the challenge and improve agility. Don’t forget to focus on your weaker foot—dedicate at least 10 minutes specifically to controlling and dribbling with it. This will improve your ambidexterity and make you a more unpredictable player on the field.
