  • Improving Passing Accuracy

Passing is more than just moving the ball—it’s about precision, timing, and decision-making. Start by practicing short passes to a target placed 5-10 meters away. Aim for the center of the target and perform 15-20 passes with each foot. Gradually increase the distance to 20-25 meters as you get more comfortable. To simulate game scenarios, add a moving target, such as a teammate or a rolling ball.

A great solo exercise for passing accuracy involves using a wall. Stand 10 meters away and pass the ball against the wall, controlling it upon its return. Complete 3 sets of 20 passes per foot. For advanced players, increase the intensity by incorporating one-touch passes, which not only improve precision but also train your reflexes. Additionally, vary the angles and heights of your passes to mimic different match situations.
