Scoring goals is every footballer’s dream, but it requires both power and precision. Start with stationary shooting exercises: place a ball 10-15 meters away from the goal and aim for the corners. Complete 3 sets of 10 shots with each foot. As you improve, increase the distance to 20 meters and practice shooting while the ball is rolling.

For power, focus on building your leg strength. Exercises like squats (3 sets of 12 repetitions) and lunges (3 sets of 10 repetitions per leg) are crucial. Incorporate plyometric drills such as box jumps or bounding leaps to develop explosive power. To improve precision, set up smaller targets within the goal and aim for them during your practice sessions. Challenge yourself further by simulating game scenarios, such as shooting under pressure from a defender or after a dribble.
